Charles Reid, Chief Executive Officer
Charles Reid is the founder and CEO of Shoreline Products Inc, a leader in design and development of emergency marine products. Prior to Shoreline Mr Reid built his career in the watersports industry beginning in early 90’s as a professional instructor and sponsored wakeboarder. He is the sole owner of Global Boarding LLC, a wakeboard, waterski, surf and charter operation based in the Hamptons, NY since 2001. He has held various senior positions within the watersports industry including Toyota Marine Research and Development at the Toyota Motor Corporation.
Mr Reid has a broad international working experience and has over 20 years of extensive knowledge in the Marine Sports Industry and serves as a consultant to a range of companies.
Mark McNeil, Vice President - Product Development
Mark McNeil is the Vice President of Product Development and is responsible for leading all aspects of development, strategy, and delivery of Shoreline’s product portfolio. He is responsible for leading all aspects of development, strategy, and delivery of Shoreline’s Emergency Product portfolio. Most recently, Mr. McNeil was responsible for the design, development, and implement manufacturing of the Marine Sports line of recreational, inboard boats for the Toyota Motor Corporation, Japan. Mr. McNeil also led the development for Toyota Motor Corporation’s next generation marine engine development.
Prior to joining Toyota, Mr. McNeil was owner of Marine Design and Development and partner and Vice President of Manufacturing/ Engineering at Hydrodyne Boat Company, Ft. Wayne Indiana. He has also led product development and improvement of production processes at Ski Supreme (a division of Genmar), Supreme Industries, and American Skier Boat Company.
Mr. McNeil has an Associate Degree in Automotive Service Technology and a Technical Achievement Certificate from Mid Florida Technical Institute. He is an ACMA (American Composite Manufacturers Association) Certified Composite Technician Instructor, N.I.A.S.E Certified Master Mechanic as well as USA Water Ski national level ski competitor and industry columnist. He also serves as an advisory member on the boards of several boating companies.
Theresa Cherry, Vice President of Marketing
Theresa Cherry is the Vice President of Marketing and head of corporate marketing programs including field marketing, corporate communications, global customer programs, advertising, campaigns, events, and corporate branding.
She is head of corporate marketing programs including field marketing, corporate communications, global customer programs, advertising, campaigns, events, and corporate branding. Ms. Cherry is also Vice President and board member at Nomad USA, a company distributing and marketing water sports equipment overseas. Most recently, Mrs. Cherry was responsible for the marketing of the Toyota Marine Sports line of recreational, inboard boats for Toyota Motor Corporation, Japan. She has over 10 years of expertise in customer-related marketing and promotions.
Ms. Cherry has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii and a JAIMS Japan-focused Management Certificate from the Japan-America Institute of Management Science in conjunction with the accelerated Japan Executive Masters of Business Administration (JEMBA) program. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Santa Barbara with a focus on International Marketing. She is fluent in Japanese and is a member of the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Alumni Association, Japan-American Society, as well as a member of the USA Waterski Association and an avid wake boarder. She serves in an advisory position to a range of companies from marine sports to corporate training.
